Cafe Au Chocolat

Makes 1 serving:
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar (depends on your taste)
  • milk
  • some unsweetened cocoa (for decoration)
How to make:
  1. Put coffee in a mug. you can use instant coffee. while it's hot, add cocoa and sugar and stir.
  2. Warm the milk and place in a bowl. whisk it until it's foamy. pour on top of the coffee from step 1. make sure you gently pour it in so the foam doesnt disappear. sift some cocoa on the foam and you're done!
Chef's recommendation:
You can put marshmallows or whipped cream on the coffee, too!
