Cupcakes

Ingredients: (Makes 4 to 5 cupcakes)
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups pancake mix
How to make:

  1. Add egg, milk, and sugar to a bowl and mix.
  2. Add pancake mix and stir well.
  3. Pour into paper cups, filling each halfway. If you add too much batter, it'll overflow when you cook it, so be careful. Put the paper cups into the microwave and heat (approx 4-5 minutes in a microwave). It's done when you poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean!
Advice from Pastry Chef:
You can add chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts, or banana slices to the batter and make different kinds!
